I'm just mooching the loots my guild mates collect. In a few days I'm up to 87 of the resource container loots. They drop so fast and the fighters can't use em, so they give them to me. I don't see why the same thing won't happen with the tracking device loots. Now I just need the 8 billion crafting exp and I'll be good.

One other thing, this may change now that their are actual repair skills (provided they actually work of couse), but before I simply repaired my own stuff. The smith has no better chance than anyone else without expensive tapes.
