Dancer buffs + Powerboost + 2 vercupti (1k+ to total HAM) + 3 brandy (if timed right) + capped human mind + muon = 7k range

chefs can also make mandolorian wine (loot schematic)that gives over 1000+ mind but only lasts for 12 mins i alos thinkt he filling is almost more than 70 but still works out higher than 2 brandies.

The wine boosts one of the mind secondaries (willpower I think), not the mind pool itself.

Yes.

Lets add some possibilities up:
Base: 1100
Buffs: 2475
3 Brandies: 3675 (400 for our calculations)
2 Good Vercuppi: 6075 (I have seen +1200 Vercuppi)
Spice: 6675 (There's some spice that does +600 Mind, Thrusterhead I think)

20min is proably an exageration, I don't think anyone could get to this without vercuppi Really. If you factor in a Powerboost, you're in the range you're talking about.

Or he was double buffing.

being a mon cal i can get close to 7000 mind easily. but only for a few minutes at the most. he was exploting probably.
