It will seem like its that hardes to find since well, each loot kit has about 10+ parts to them, and you have to get one of each part and 7 parts look exactly alike. So, you got around a 1/10 shot getting that one part, then add all the other loot kit lot so now its a ~1/60 shot. Then you got to add in all the other lot drops like the wonderfull cdef weapons and survival knives and clothes. So, approximatly a 1/200 shot. Then you got to top it off with the fact that not every npc will drop something so, not its even higher so, best guess which is totally off from two guesses ago, 1/500 chance each time you kill an npc.

Oh, an i might have given the best odds in our favor and its even worse odds in reality. who knows.
