Major Props! Although my guid is so much easier, find out what drops what you want and go get a big gun and blow it away till you get the desired amount of resource
well that's my guide when hunting resources. Of course, that's not what I was trying to teach people.
This guide is more for the people who want to learn to hunt Goraxs, Ancient Krayts, GDKs and all other "big game" by themselves or in a group. I myself went on a Gorax killing spree last night, so I can confirm these methods work.
At this point, I've been a Ranger since September 2003, so I've had a lot of time to learn my trade. It was funny, during the fight with the 4th Gorax I got really really mad becauseI actually had to use a stim. That usually doesn't happen, and it only happened because three of my traps in a row missed.
anyway, when just hunting resources, I use my trade forums and swgcraft.com

Great guide it's a nice to read. But comming from a weaponsmith you can't experiment on the min damage of weapons. You both increase max and min damage with one experimentation line. Now if you use very high tissue say 180+ you can cap the max damage on certain weapons more easy. Sometimes the max damage will be capped on the weapon and you can still experiment on it to increase the min damage. But most smiths don't do that because using those points on the action cost would be a better improvement for the weapon.
