SBD's are not much harder than NS Elders (if your a pikeman or BH with high defense). They are very vulnerable to electricity and pike's have electricity damage. So does bounty hunter....the LLC is really good vs battle droids.....only thing you have to worry about is makeing sure that you don't get hit often.

I go to the corvette with my suit of unlsliced 80% kin, 80% Energy, 80% elelctricity, 69 Base, full buffs, COB, Synthsteak and SBD's are not hard.....Can take on 2 of them sometimes but I'd rather not...hehe

Anyway, only pike's can handle them one on one fairly easy....the main key is to make them miss you a lot....their damage they deal is very high.

Now you might be able to do it with swordsman too....but you have to get lucky....with over 90% kinetic resist (or is it 85) and 100% to blast....it takes a while....I got a 180k SBD down to like 2000 or so mind before he slayed me...boy was I pissed....by the way it was on endor at 0, 0.....damn ewoks just stood there and squilled....I thought they were suppose to help the rebels....

The SBDs are extremely strong mobs with lots of ham and no reward. They serve no purpose for most of us.
