I hunted these things for a buff cycle and I must be doing something wrong since I saw nothing but a couple of shirts.

I was doing 8k missions out of of one the city's - forgot which one. Is this the highest paying mission for them? Or is there a certain city I need to go to to get higher difficulties (I was in solo group at the time). That would explain why the drops were so weak.

I read that their loot drop rates were nerfed in pub10, so that also might explain something if true.

What kind of drops are you guys getting these days when doingmissions? Do they still drop tapes?

well the devs need to instead of nerfing the Poi's (if that what was done) is nerf stuff around them. The server i'm on radiant this stupid freaking *&^%^ player jedi has a house camped outside of lord nyaxs spawn and just pops up when she wants and walks in kills him then goes to her house and waits.

Thought he only spawns once on reset now - and is thendead within a couple minutes on my server by the same guy always - a doc/rifles. I went to check it out once and actually beat him to nyax by a minue- I guess he pressed snooze - but I made a lot of mistakes not knowing the layout. Also had no buffs and my food/drink decision wasnt right so I had no dps, due tolot of healing,since my attacks killed my HAM due to some low secondaries. Wont make that mistake again. I learned a lot though watching how he fought when he came into the room a minute later while I was feign death and I think ita good challenge to try to take this spawn unbuffed (maybe crystal would help now....) before he can get there to try to outdmg me with his uber dot rifles.

It is a good competition and don't blame the farmers since SOE created a situation wherespawns can be dominated by a handful of people. If you want the spawn you need to go for it. With enough persistance and study, you canbeat the farmer, no matter how good his gear or template. And think of it as a challenge like I do. The farmer is good and it will be fun when I beat him - only problem being thatI can only log in at server reset a couple days a week. Anyways, the loot is immaterial -a CDEF pistol no doubt.

I have not been to a POI in a month..

SOE ruined 90% of the content when they broke the POI's to only spawn once a day... And on the other hand you have the Geo which never stops spawning.. SOE is retarded.
