I'm working on a different theory...

Initially, when they upped the loot drops, I was getting one every 10 minutes or so. With the last update, I seem to loot 3 in the first 20 minutes, and then nothing for the next couple of hours. Just thought it was strange that they come so easily at the begining of the hunt, and then my luck dries up soon after...
