LOL only on a SWG forum would a thread about server populations turn into a discussion about the mysterious workings of the alphabet. To end any lingering controversy about how the servers are arranged in the 3 groups above, they are listed alphabetically within each category. I don't know how to explain that any more clearly, but that's all there is too it

If you're doing stuff Alphabetically, and you don't have anything that starts with a certain letter (H, in this case) you skip over it. There's no server that starts with H, so you just skip over it.
I think he was referring to the two "F" servers in the second groupand the "I" server in the third group.
