I'm not saying this is how to do it, but rather just what worked for me.

When you go to the first WP and the Siths have left. Drive/run around a circle about 200m from the WP. When you get close to the villager a new WP will pop up to go rescue them.

Couple of notes on this quest. When you get to the villager and kill the Siths there, store your bike. Despite the message saying "you have completed the task, return to the village" you only complete the quest by having the villager walk into the village. If you travel too far away the villager will despawn and the mission will fail. Also if you die, the mission fails.

I had to call in some help as there was a NS at one of my missions that was 100% to everthing except kinetic and stun. Being a carbineer I couldn't damager her. Since I couldn't talk to the villager while in combat I was stuck. She ended up doing area attacks and toasted my speeder. So..... might want to brind extra bikes too.

Thanks for your help. The problem I'm having is that there was no new waypoint

It says I found the Sith Encampment, and that my force journal is updated, but nothing. I go back to Whip and all he says is "Find the villagers". Well, I"d find them if I knew where to look I need to know how to get around the no waypoint issue.
