You don't have to do Jabba's themepark to get glowy. Try doing another content badge like Nym's, one or more of the Warren badges, or some of the Corvette. If you have also done all the Eisley newbie missions, the "difficult" poi's, got a mastery or 2, and several of the exploration poi's you should be fine. Did 2 of Jabba's Missions off the terms and my Faction with him is at zero cuse apperently jabba and volarian faction and anything not haveing to do with rebal and Imp faction is gone. So is thier anything i can do or am i just out of luck screwed out of gettin FS?

All non-GCW ( Galactic Civil War ) faction is currently broken meaning this. Even if you kill a thousand valarians you will not gain any Jabba faction. If you currently have the faction needed to do Jabba's ( 2000 Jabba faction is required ) you still cannot do the quest because the NPC's that give the mission will not recognize that you have it. We are currently waiting on a fix from the Dev's but odds are it will be a while since they have to fix the glowy status as well.

You can't attain glowy right now either that is bugged as well
