I think I'm the only Master Squad Leader on Wanderhome at the moment. I don't even remember the last time I saw someone else with any squad leader title up.

Once every couple of months I'll spot another MSL in a cantina somewhere, and I'll congradulate them for their efforts. The response I get is always the same. "I'm gonna drop it preaty soon, anyways."
Am I the only MSL on Chilastra? Probably not, but I don't know of any other perminent title holders.

Yeah, I perfer the Commisar title. I had a rebel MSL salute me in Theed a couple days ago, and send me a tell saying if I need training. Got a laugh out of him when I told him I've been MSL for many months now, but like the Com title

I do see a lot more MSLs than I expect, and about half of them aren't badge grinders. I make sure to /cheer every1 I see. And there are far too many jedi, but then again I make my living off them
