I no longer try to race the tracks.. Twice so far my time has been beaten by over150 seconds. Its ridiculous. It seems like people are cheating and it bugs the hell out of me, so I gave up on the tracks.
Nope, took me a couple tries to beat this track, there is no way to cheat. Even with the swiss cheese walls that surround the river you cant save time there. The way to beat this track is with how fast you turn to the next WP and how you get to it. Ranges with Terran Negotiation have the advantage of driving over the hills instead of following the river but that to saves little time.
Cut the corners a close and as tight as you can. I beat this track I believe with a time 4 seconds below the normal time. Also one more word of advice, point your bike toward were the first waypoint is and use the UI command for mounting instead of the raidia menu, saves me about 4 seconds on that.
Good Luck!
I've been searching internet. I found out that people are able to alter their speed and make themselves go faster.. Its an exploit of some kind. I had a very good time on a track and It was beaten on the same day.. The winner had a time over 200 seconds faster than mine.. 200 SECONDS FASTER, thats over 3 minutes.. There is no waythatcan be done unlessthe person is cheating...period. They need to get a grip on these cheaters and ban them.

Ranger TN doesn't affect vehicle handling or how well we drive up hills. If it was a CRAWLING tace however we'd pwn ya!
/grin
RIght, back to knitting camps out of wild grasses and random birdy bones...
