Here's a good guide:

1.) Talk to the people in the big building at the back of Nym's Stronghold on Lok.
2.) Read what they say.
3.) Do what they ask you to do.
4.) Profit!!!

Sorry about being blunt, but it's not very complicated. Just go talk to Nym or one of his right hand men and they'll tell you what to do. The building is at the opposite end as the starport on the only place you can land on Lok. (I think it's called Nym's Stronghold or something like that) Good luck!

Some of my pet peeve bugs:
•Armorsmith protection layers were not converted with the CU.
•Ship Details window does not close when you click "Travel" resulting in the message "You have lost the target. Closing interface."
