Okay, i'm totally nerding out here, but i need to say this. THat contradicts the episode three book, she is sent to guard anakin right before he owns windu back in the council chamber. Grievous already died at that point.

I assume Nym named the most notable landmark on the planet "Adi's Rest" as a tribute to her.
He probably threw her in it to bury her
