work around for the ghost item bug:

I have encountered 3 different item/house bugs
1. drop an item and it disapears (it's on the house list, but cant see/select it)
2. overlapping items so it's not possible to select the top one
3. drop an item i can see, but cannot select (ghost)

here is what i do to get the items:
1. This is really difficult....how do you select something you cant see... run fast into the next room (so you're in space), rotate camera around so you can see the room you left - you can now see the items that dissapeared and select them - now walk slowly back to that room and pick it up (DONT DESELECT IT)

2. use the /moveforward 4; /moveback 4; etc...

3. This is similar to (1). Either select the item while looking through the door (dont enter room) or use solution No. 1.

These solutions worked for me - no garantee they'll work for you, though I hope they do.

Yes, I see the 'Heaven bug' often when going through doors, but not only house doors. I get that bug often when running towards the Spaceport doors to the shuttle area.

As far as the 'lost item' bug in houses... I had this happen once and a CSR fixed it within 30 minutes online. I believe they created the new house options (pick up all items, destroy all items, find item) to help get past these problems.

O hey xorsist I guess i got lucky becauase after filing a CSR ticktes CSRJeremy took care off all my problems in less than an hour

What exact commands will unstick my frozen items???

I have a couple of chairs and a statue that are stuck.

I've had the 'heaven bug' NON-STOP since the last patch ...I can hardly move in and out of buildings .... its Realy anoying to say the least

I get the "heaven bug" way too often. Usually when going through corridors in a spaceport but also when going around corners in the med center. The place I get it the most is in the buildings at the imperial bases on Dantooine or Talus. This is where it sucks the most because it has small walkways and I have problems getting reoriented to walk back out. After experiencing this several times I won't go to the Tusken Bunker on Tatooine as it is a similar building and I can't imagine how much it would suck to have this happen in there.

I had 2 couches disappear out of my house this week.... 1 disappeared one day, then the next day another couch went poof.....

Maybe they went to heaven and are sitting out there somewhere lol.

all you have to do to end this most of the time is sit or prone, almost always gets me out.

I get the heaven bug way too often. For me it doesnt matter if I am 3rd or 1st person it just happens when I run from room to room wway to fast or if i am jerky with my mouse running from room to room. I usually blinks a few time before going into heaven.
