OK, easiest way to do it, send 1 master enhancer jedi with at least 0400 powers into that room while the others wait in the 2nd key room, let the cloaked enhancer aggro everything and drag it all the way down to the corner of the lowest level, everybody else slips past, then the enhancer goes back behind the glass wall, uncloacks and died, then just /regain and get back with your group. Too Easy.

If you have everyone stay in the room and just let one person walk to the door and SLOW walk... just an inch at a time you will get the question mark above the Wraith's head. You can just stand there until it agros. You might get the wraith and the bloodguard but you can pull them one or two at a time easy.
