I think he sees the XP meter in all of his boxes in the combat prowess skill tree acquiring xp, hence, he thinks he can train in those skills...

If not, then...disregard.

well as for dropping boxes, i would say you can. after all was said and done, i got 5 free trees.

Combat Prowess - 4,0,0,4

Crafting Mastery - 0,0,0,3 <---

Enhanced Reflexes - 4,0,0,0

Hightened Senses - 4,0,0,0

When I talked to Paemos, i got my novice's and went to Noland for training. I then looked and decided I didn't want any of the crafting skills after training one box, 0,0,0,1.

I then surrendered it and novice, but could not get any more comabt trees. So I took crafting again and now am currently at 0,0,0,3, with 429,942 out of 450k

Yeah I made the mistake and can live with it.

I would assume you can drop trees at padawan, as long as you have a 7th tree trained fully, this way you still have 6 full trees that are required for padawan.

Can anyone confirm this?

I would find it hard to believe that you cannot drop skills at some point if you are not happy with your current template.

No, you only get credit for the silent proffesions not the holocron proffesions. I'm wondering for those who have to unlock all six branches.Do you have to stay with the same npc through all 4 phases? I did the combat quest with the patrol points. And that unlocked 1 branch. NowI can't talk or take quests from the other npc's. How do you unlock six branches in 4 phases? At some point do you unlock 2 branches per phase? Is anyone talking to more than one quest npc per phase?

You needed to master 8 professions (master boxes)by the end of the hologrind to open your slot..

4 holo professions

4 silent professions

Doing all your holo professions should get you 2 free branch unlocks..

8 (total master boxes) - 4 (holo professions) = 4 professions remaining (2 Force Sensitive brances will be granted)

People please stop killing the boards with missinformation.

Can I do my holo's now please? O.o.. seriously, my first holo profession was Master Medic.. and I never got it, had I spent those 4 hours grinding it out I could have gotten the branch of my choice, and 1.275 Million force sensitive xp... yeah, that's a fair trade.

Ok, I just became force sensative yesterday and i had some questions. I know about the old man and the sith attacks and the dathomire village, I want to know about the branches. What are they for.....What do they do......How are they unlocked.....How do I gain the boxes.....Basically I just need help understanding everything about the trees. I read the guides but i still do not understand so I was wondering if an experienced Jedi can help me out and explain what this is all about.

Kerley I would suggest going throught the Force Sensative forum. There will be posts pertaining to the skills, the current phases, and ideas on how to complete the missions.

Quite few jedi here are from a time before the village, a thing which a lot of them feel makes them somehow better than everyone else because they learned to use afk macros and uber buffs at a young age, so getting good concise information here will be a little harder.

And besides, this forum is more for complaints than anything. Which probably should be included in the forum's FAQ's and rules.
