ok got that theyre in the myydril caves. which one there are like 10 trials to choose from

Ok let's do a breakdown here...
+5 ranged arm (left arm - rusty)- Bestine Cantina
+10 ranged arm (right arm - rusty) - 1st quest fromDoc in Myyydril Caves
+5 accuracy melee arm (left arm - blue plates) - 2nd quest from Doc in Myyydril Caves
+20 throwing arm (right arm - shiny red) - 3rd quest from Doc in Myyydril Caves
Revive Arm (left arm - shiny blue) - Nurse quest after finally being able to speak with the Doc in the Myyydril Caves

Do patrol leader quests first, until you are allowed to talk to Chief and get his missions. At that stage you have earned the trust of the village, and other inhabitants like the nurse will now talk to you.
