Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. We are going to start production on the next one some time this week. We'll probably start with writing the music first again, and see what direction that will take us for the subject matter of the film.

Video - Fraps (of course) and for this one we just used Windows Movie Maker. We'll probably be using Adobe for the next one.

Audio - We both use small Digidesign ProToolsrigs with a ton of plug-ins. Between the two of us, we have a small arsenal of instruments/soft-synths.

You need to run a program called FRAPS to capture the video from SWG, but be warned, it becomes a very big chunk of hard drive space very quickly. Then he used Windows Movie Maker to edit the video captures into one big movie.

And Salts, great first movie. I've seen a few and mostly they were comedy or music video style and this one was very nice. Very well put together. The fact that you guys made the music yourselves is a huge plus in my book.

Some of my pet peeve bugs:
•Armorsmith protection layers were not converted with the CU.
•Ship Details window does not close when you click "Travel" resulting in the message "You have lost the target. Closing interface."

I got a web hosting company going up soon, I would love to host ya, and put together a web site, a SWG Movie Site that also works on some others, you should work on one movie that shows the war on many fronts (each server) and / or like different climates, wet (jungle), oceans, desert, and cold / cave climates! It would be sweet!

Now this...this is what I hope the Combat Ballance will bring to us...

As for the movie, I liked it. Alot. Points I think you could work on, though, are the text. It getsa bit repetitive, the whole flashing back and forth...

Nontheless, five stars for you.
