Aaaahhh. So Thunderheart isn't giving us the whole story...

Well, I'm in the Inquisition, so it isn't an issue for me. Sorry everyone who isn't in one of those 2 squadrons...

When searching for the Corvette in Kessel, fly random patterns through the middle of the system while pressing the 'C' key every minute or so. By default, C will target the nearest space station or capital ship. It will target the corvette even if it is out of radar range, and even if it is out of viewable range. I targetted it at 12km once using this method.

I take it this is a mispost?

woah there RSF can land at the Emperors Retreat that is a bit moronic, there is no way the Emperor would let anyone who is not in the Empire at the retreat nevermind into the depths...

otherwise good guide TH

Mispost? Why? Aren't we supposed to post our own tips in this thread? That was my tip that I find very handy

My tip veers away from the whole space theme of this week's Tuesday Tip, but I thought it was pretty cool and I've never heard about it before.

You can send tells to multiple people simulatenously by separating their names with commas. For example:

/tell bob,jan,roger hello!

And all three of the recipients will see the message. Unfortunately, if you do a /retell it seems to only send the message again to one of the people, so you would have to type out the line above again whenever you want to send another message to all three people....

...unless you make it into an alias. For example:

/alias friends /tell bob,jan,roger

Then whenever you type /friends hello!the three people will get the message. This simply works to cut down on the amount of typing. With the multiple tell feature you can emulate a chat room of sorts, but without having to create a room.

Muwahaha, my covert rebel in the RSF will now be able to infiltrate the Retreat itself

... but really Thunderheart, I'm happy that the Neutral factions are given attention as well but, is it fair that ground-based Imperial players in the other 2 squadrons are denied this when it's given to players in the RSF?

I mean I'm a Rebel on ground and I appreciate the RP potential, that's exactly why I decided to fly for the RSF. Fits my character perfectly so I am absolutely thrilled this is going in, but still. At least give all Imperials the ability to land at the Retreat once they finish the Imperial Themepark on the ground.

So... a Rebel in the RSF can land right at the Emperor's Retreat and have access.

Yet a loyal Imperial in Storm Squadron or Black Epsilon can't.

... what?

I guess black epsilon is such a secret group that the emperor doesent want it close tohim, sigh.

The sad thing is this is just stupid, as usual!

There is a problem with these types of missions... take the teir 2 Jabba unlock to be able to land at Jabba's Palace. If you've already gone past teir 2 before the publish you can NEVER get this option. What about us roleplayers who want to fly to the Palace just for the heck of it?
