that command is case-sensitive
its /claimVeteranReward
typeing it in as he stated will not produce a reaction from the game

Actually it was not cases sensitive when I did it, granted maybe it has changed but not when I did it in beta.

I consider the paintings a bad analogy cause only 2 of my characters got the anniversary paintings and then a 3rd one but my other characters did not get them.

Tottaly new Veteran Reward System, this is only halfway into the length they already have in the system (from what we saw in beta, it has a spot for 3 and 12 months). The CSR's are dead wong on that. It's a thing you get after 6 months, even post release, the devolpers have stated this,and recently I beleive. Thanks for the Confirmation Garva
Now, to wonder what they plan for the next veteran reward.

nope, i wont find out till middle of december. =/
while i pre-ordered the expansion, it will take EB two weeks to deliver it to my APO in Japan, and by the time it gets here, im going to be gone on a 6 week deployment.
