uncheck "Disable Texture Baking" i just had the same problem myself

I did this and all of the lag I had is gone. I have a 2 ghz cpu and 1 gig of ram so it wasn't that bad to begin with but, its all gone now.

All the cool special lighting effects are gone now though.... I may turn it back on and mess with some of the other options.

type/flushg 1 in gameand itll delete all ur graphical cache and that sort ofcrap and it should help itlag a bit less

Not really necessary, the game use 75% of your RAM up to 1 gig, the only reason toget more RAM is if you alt-tab a lot or have a lot of stuff runningin the background.
