You do know you drag and drop the case onto the fat slimy hutt.

yeah open your inventory and drag the case from your inv onto borvo. And when you take the gun to huff you'll have to do the same thing

Yep did that, he won't take it, he keeps telling me to talk to his guards. When I first tried this quest way back, I dragged the case on him and he kept saying "Next". I never received the gun. I sent a ticket in and the csr said he may be able to help, so we'll see.

U can buy mine off me for 1 million credits.
I know its steep, but its worth it!!
Plus i need the money, I have 3 wives and 22 children to look after!!.
Please somebody think of the children!!

remember you have to drag the item ontop of the hutt, thats were alot of people go wrong

Check out this thread:
This quest was bugged way back in September. Seemed at first there was a work around for it, then there was a patch that really messed it up for some, which I'm in that category.

I just got to the part were you drag the briefcase over on to the HUTT in the cantina. He thanked me and told me I had benn followed by Imp and I was to gout and kill them. Problem is One I'm Imp and two he did not tell a way point. I searched the area around cantina but no luck. If I ask him again he repeats his quest. I have no rifle in my inventory. His guards will not help or forward a quest to me either.

Same thing for me. Just tried last night to drag the locked briefcase on Hutt and he says go talk to guard blah. Borked!
