Ok, i'll clarify this for you guys.
There's 2 overlords in the DWB.
BOTH CAN DROP THE STABILIZER UNIT!
We actually looted 2 on the same overlord (the mission one - not the one in the mines).
But as Taloc is writing, our group has encountered the same problem - that the "mission-overlord" never spawns. We went there 3 days ago.... Demo-droid didn't spawn. Debris were gone. Terminal inside the room were gone. Overlord and his guards never spawned.
So we went for the overlord in the mines.
I've been doing the bunker and overlord(s) so many times that i know how and what to do. This time he just didn't spawn. Taloc has probably encountered the very same problem.

oh well the droid and the debrie spawnd...but we went in the room many times and there was nothing in there at all....does that mean u have to get the mission from an NPC then go and he spawns?! or does the imp mission start after u looted the blood vial?

I know you start the rebel quests before you enter the bunker - I always figured if you didn't start the quest, the Imp Overlord or Rebel NPC's wouldn't be there.

i know that u dont need to start the quest for the rebel NPC, as he is already down there and i spoke to him and got 30 fp, as did the rest of my group (hes in the room opposite the overlord room with the debrie infront)

Well, I'm 95% sure also that there's is a Rebel NPC in coronet (in front of the capital building) that gives you a quest down in the bunker (it's been a while since I talked to him though) - that's what I meant. My group has never attempted the factional missions (it's on our to-do list). I thought if you didn't talk to the NPC's outside the bunker, to initiate the quests - the quest NPC's inside the bunker would not be there. But that's speculation. I imagne it wouldn't hurt to talk to them first though.

Did you have to take the mission in Bestine to get him to spawn ??

Ok, as stated there are 2 overlords in the dwb. A excellent map of the dwb can be found at http://swg.allakhazam.com .The 1stoverlord is located at map ref 28, which is an IMP MISSION that is given to imp factionplayer from an npc form bestine named (*will add this in as soon as allakhazam is back up*) When this overlord is killed he drops a vial of blood. If u (and your team) asan imp char want to be able to continue to collect stablisers, destroy the blood vial and return to the npc in bestine to get the mission again.
The 2nd Overlord is located at map ref 31 and can be kill anytime without getting it (killing the overlord) as a quest, by either reb or imp.
Best bet, get a mixed team or rebs/imps, make sure they are all on-leave so they can be healed and head on in. Or if u have jedi in the team have them as 1 factiononly and get your healer to go combatant to heal everyone.
*I'll add the missing npc name/location asap as well as the shortcut to the map as soon as allakhazam is up and running again*
Last but not least, when clearing the debree from the front of the map ref 28 overlord spawn location, make sure no one speaks in spartial so that they don't screw up the droid that's used to blowup the debree. The droid is controlled from map ref 17, simply stand infront of the terminal, click on it and is spartial4 times
forward 10
forward 10
left 10
detonate to get the debree from the overlord door clear
or right 10 to get the debree from the reb npc door clear.
