A crystal being premium isn't based on a player's opinion. Before they're tuned by a Jedi, a Jedi can look at the crystal in the trade window or sitting in a house that they just have entry rights for and the quality is listed in the examine window. So find a Jedi friend or a Jedi that you can trust(for example, don't be too quick to trust a player that says "it's POOR, you wouldn't make any credits from that. Can I have it?". So get a friendly Jedi to check it out and tell you.
