You have to kill Darth Vader or the Emperor. Haven't you watched the movies? There can only be 2 Siths at a time and 2 only.
Now you must be wondering "how do I kill Darth Vader or the Emperor?"
Well my noob friend... in Ultima Online, someone managed to kill Lord British through an exploit... you might wanna think of something like that too. Of course, you will get banned, but that's not my problem now is it? =)

You need to tape a 5p or 10 cents piece to the side of your PC to confuse it into thinking you are a Dev or CSR, then enter your login name as : IAMDEV and your password as 1337, then at the character creation screen use the arrows to press:-
up
up
down
down
left
right
left
right
up
up
down
down
You'll hear a star wars theme music play, go to create character and VOILA ! Sithlord will be right there below Sulustan! (You need to have two copies of JTL for this to work, but it also allows you to take control of Boba Fett, Vader, Emperor or R2D2!)
