I got my Leia Poster from an imperialCompforce after giving up on standard stormtroopers. Try taking Compforce missions and see if your luck changes.

What exactly do you mean by "Stormtrooper Mission"? Please explain what that is and how you get one. Thanks.
Its a mission where you attack storm troopers. You can get them off the Rebel Mission Terminals.

Comp force camps seem to be just a level below scout trooper and storm trooper camps as far as pay and difficulty. I finally got a luke poster earlier today while picking Imps off in Mos Espa. However I killed over a hundred assorted NPCs since the publish and I would say that my loot on average has been much worse than normal.

I've been killing Stormtroopers and other Imperial NPCsleft and right desperatly trying to find a Technical Console style 2, some wanted posters and propoganda posters. So far... I've looted a knife and a scout pistol...

Read this yesterday, went to Rori, player city near Reb outpost (Reliance), took 2 reb missions level 56 (with 2 pets and a droid). On those first two reb missions since the launch of pub 11.3, I looted a Luke Skywalker poster 
Btw I farmed the camps. Was I feeling lucky!A couple more mission, nothing to mention as loot.
Oh, and I have two totally different broken electrobinoculars... the other being pre-11.3 loot, the other after pub 11.3 - weird.
