Oooh, yeah, thats it!!
Wish I could read the stats better, damage looks to be in the 2k range for max damage, about what the screenie for the legendary power hammer I saw was. Very sweet.

The one my friend got was looted, and it looked exactly like the screeny, so I'm thinking there is an ultra rare schematic, and an even more rare legendary drop. His loot was so rare that a CSR stopped to congratulate him on his find. And you are right, your NS lance isn't something that could take out a Giant Dune Kimogila in 5 hits, but that is what my friend said he did with his. So it is obviously an uber drop of the NSE Lance, an already rare schematic.
And as for yours not being uber, I think 3.2 speed, 102-380 damage, and +24 at ideal, quite uber. Though, not legendary.

legendary items are real
if u want to see a lot of screen shots go to
www.imagedup.com
and search for 'legendary'
and u get quight a few jaw droping weps and armor pieces

I definately believe that Legendary items exist.

that legendary CDEF i think its fake...a normal CDEF has no AP this one has light. Only the stats on things change not the predetermied stuff like AP

you do ralise ap is just another stat right? So your whole point there was completly pointless.

I've got a couple of polearm weapons with some good skill mods on them on my vendor, they don't say legendary on them however
Nightsister Lance - - counterattack +7, Polearm speed +12, terrian negotiation +4 and DOT--Disease Health Str 40 Dur 1200s Pot 70 Use 8000
Long Vibro Axe-- Polearm evasion +22, Def vs Stun +25

I saw in the knowledge base listed about Legendary items in the game, im guessing these are items that are only able to be had by 2 people per server or something, do they really exist? What kind of items are they?
The only thing i can think of being legendary are Nightsister biceps because i heard theres only 5-10 girls per server with them

NS biceps arentlegendary, they just stopped dropping for some reason wich made them rare. Legendary items are not limited to 2 people per server but they drop rate is extremely low and the only drop from the highest lvl creatures like krayts.
I used the legendary dagger one time on a krayt, it had over 1k action dmg and lasted over an half hour. If you where a smuggler you could stick the DOT on him, Feign death and wait til the krayt had 1 action point left. It wasnt mine though, i never got that lucky.
