I appreciate your support... Alas, I refuse to go into a battle of semantics on the EULA on this thread as it is not the place nore issue BUT EULA does not guarantee a company the 'right' to falsely advertise etc. as SOE has done with the new expansion at the very least. There is both room for interpretation as to the NECESSITY etc of the new changes PLUS precedents in place when it comes to law protecting consumers from this sort of thing......

No, I don't desire a battle of semantics either, however, I don't see it as false advertisment. When a company has a legal charter basically stating that they can alter their intellectual property at any given time, I don't see how you can argue against that. From a "moral" standpoint, I agree completely...it's a crappy move, but at the same time I don't see what legal recourse the consumer would have. Mind you, I'm not firmly standing in support of SOE, but having witnessed online games die in front of me in the past, I'm rather detached from having any...sentimentality about such things. At least SWG still exists...that has to count for something in a small way. And who knows...despite what is being lost, it might get better. I do support this NGE stuff, although I am upset that some professions were lost.

Also, I managed to kill Doombringer. He did not drop the necklace. Maybe it's a random loot, but we did not loot one. So...again, I wish you luck.

Doombringer supposedly does drop this MCH necklace according to other servers. However the news on that is it seemsto be a random drop up to a 1 in ten chance. Also, Apparently there is a Droid Drop somewhere too?! More than likely from the YT quest?!

Sadly, SOE seems to have it in for you. Doombringer, in case you're unaware, takes a full group of 8 full-template combat professions to take down effectively. Less people *could* pull it off, but speed is the key, and since hacing more people equals more damage output, I'd recommend taking a group of 8. The problem is not Doombringer, so much as it is the nuclear reactor that his droids like to shoot. So on top of nerfing your profession, getting the necklace is going to be tricky
