The answer to your question is to type /findmytrainer and it will direct you to a trainer of some other type who just happens to be a closet Jedi... However, right now, it is bugged. As a jedi, all you have to do is find ANY trainer, and they are able to train you... so, it seems that all trainers are closet jedi, lol
This is a good 'stealth bug' introduced by the devs since they messed up jedi trainers when player cities came out. Some newer jedi were getting their trainers inside an imperial player city buarded by faction scanners and bases. Which technically means no chance to get to your trainer

Yesterday was the 1st day Ive logged on my paddy since November...yes, its been awhile. I am ready to train my 1st box in LS, however I cannot seem to find a trainer to teach me. I have never been trained in any Jedi boxes and have only been fighting with my kiddy trainer. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Type in this command: /findmytrainer. It will create a waypoint, I think it's called "Jedi Skill Trainer" if I remember correctly.

it is /findmytrainer and then a wp will be set up on the planet which your trainer is on. The wp's name is "Jedi Skill Trainer"

When you get the WP for your jedi trainer, is that the WP where he is or is it a WP to a general area that he is in? I ask this because the WP I have, is inside a wall...lol
Thank you for your help.

Most of the time the waypoint is on the exact trainer (mine was) But I heard sometimes the waypoint is off a few meters. Is there a trainer in that area your waypoint is? If not you might have to put a CSR ticket in and ask to be helped getting a new one.

Actually, just do /findmytrainer again.
I had the same problem with mine, it spawned in Bestine in the middle of a wall. I did the find my trainer command again, and it spawned on an entirely different planet that time, and has been fine ever since.

Double check your waypoint, you may have done like I did the first time and transposed a number. 3532 instead of 3352.
But it should be almostdead on where your trainer is.
My waypoint brought me to a CIty Trainers Hall, I then had to check each room to find my trainer.

Speaking of Jedi trainer, does anyone know if it is possible to switch trainers? I don't think so myself but if there is a way I would love to do it. My jedi trainer just so happens to be in Kaadara right across from the most popular BH terminals in the galaxy...
Already got capped there once. I've since resorted to loggin in at 3am to train then quick log off lol
