Yep. I... err... don't even want to get into the good loot I wasted with my protectonet, but here goes:13k mass, 1.3k drain... 1800 f/b.

So does the person with the Star Map Quest have to loot the corpse in the cave or can anyone in the group loot it instead?

Thanks for the help guys! Do you think a level ~67 4441 CM could do this? I've also got the FD line of Smuggler, and some pistoleer.

For the shield you get, should I try to RE it with the Inquisition reward that has almost 2.5k f/b, ~26k mass (I think), and 11 regen?

Grouped with a CL80, a CL1 could do this. It's actually NOT advisable to fire a shot (except during the Trando killin' phase) - someone with zero Spiderclan standing grouped with a CL80 very well might be ignored by the witches and Tuskens until they've reached the trigger points.
Don't expect the spiders to leave you alone, though - they don't care about faction. Buy burst run food and run faster than an ousted African dictator.
That's the other thing - you NEED ROTW to do this quest - the second phase takes place on Kashyyyk - the best "farming" place is the closest Trando Slaver camp (NOT the Blackscale camp, dammit - you'll get your ass handed to you).

rofl, OK. I've got positive 5k from totally pwning the entire NS stronghold pre-CU with a rifleman/TKM when I was Mswords/Mbrawler/Mmedic.

As for where it starts, look for a crashed escape pod about 500m North-Northeast from the back of the Narmle hotel - there's a security box right next to the pod. If there's nothing in it, wait a few minutes - I think there's a 10 minute timer on the "scroll" inside.
