Everyone that is complaining about this puts way to much stock in Jedi being the end-all to fun in SWG. Stop whinning and enjoy SWG. I know that having a Jedi will be fun but there is so much more to the game than just a Jedi. The Devs had a ton of stuff to tackle with this and it looks like they did a good job. No serious bugs and the lag on Dantooine is all but gone. They put the little wait in so that the game would not get saturated with players in an area to keep things running smoothly. Relax, give the Devs some credit/love for a change and enjoy playing until the Old Man comes to see you. I mean for God's sake what is one, two or even three more days? Most of us will have the visit before the long weekend (another good reason to make sure the system is balanced in the way to become Jedi). This is really when you can work the character anyhow. I have been playing since day one and have waited just as long if not longer than most of you; I can honestly say this seems to be a good way to do things.

Hmmm, sorry, I don't have faith in that statement.
If I understand correctly only the pub. 9 unlockers will probably be able to enjoy the pub. 10 content during the upcoming holiday weekend.
The rest of us, from holo-grinders all the way down to casual players will have weeks or even months to even notice that there was a pub. 10. In the meantime we will be able to continue running the same old destroy missions for money, standing in line for buffs, and oh, I almost forgot, "Role Playing", or as I like to call it, chatting in the glorified 'chat room'.

Here is a harsh question for you... What the hell would you be doing either way? If you got the visit you will be standing in line getting buffs, running missions and grinding. If you didn't unlock pre-10 then you have no reason to complain. How long would it take you to grind out another prof? Two maybe three days. Relax!
