Only incorrect thing here is realtion NPC/loot. I know that and said earlier I'll correct it. By the way I need an accurate list to do so. And I'm not sure at all about accuracy of this list taken from post CU guide:
- Jetpack Stabilizer: Death Watch Overlord ONLY! – 100% dropchance.
- Ducted Fan: Random loot in the DWB.
- Fuel Dispersal Unit:Random loot in the DWB.
- Injector Tank: Random loot in the DWB.
- Jetpack Base: Randomly spawned Black Suns - loot. ONLY OUTSIDE the Bunker!
- Alum Minerals: Quest reward from The Foreman’s Quest.
- Binary Liquid: Random loot in the DWB
- Protective Liquid Coating: Random loot in the DWB
- Rebreather:Random loot in the DWB
- Alum Gel Pack: Random loot in the DWB
- Bounty Hunter Armor: Randomly spawned Black Suns - loot. ONLY OUTSIDE the Bunker!

2 - loot from coal bins/containers, also DW
3 - the same
4 - the same
5 - correct
6 - correct
7 - loot from DW
8 - the same
9 - loot from BD, BS, (dunno about miners, never killed them), also in coal bins/containers, but you cannot loot it from there
10 - loot from coal bins/containers, BD, BS
11 - correct (remark: you need to know that you can only use looted BH armor, not crafted one)
Also I heared a rumor that you can loot BL/PLC from miners, but it's only a rumor

also you can add mandalorian wine schematic, which can looted from DW

They do loot rebreathers. Also, for the last 6 months or so I've never seen Haldo spawn in the two places marked on the map. He now spawns in the deadend mine room between crafting room 34 and 35.

To my knowledge - these don't drop anymore. If someone can honestly say they have looted one recently, I will stand corrected. However,it seems to be common knowledge on our server that these don't drop anymore.
