antpocasSWG - You have my permission. I couldn't really deny you it. I posted so that what I think is a good idea wouldn't be restricted to just my server (and only what I can make). Good luck on your server!


Gobson/FortunoFiasco - Yes, the decks are in backpacks. They're called 'Mini-Sabacc Starter Deck 000X' where X is the number of the deck.


I'll be making more as is demanded, and I'll hopefully be putting up a dedicated vendor for this, and any other mad ideas I get

This is a great idea but the main problem is that the trade window closes every time you roll a dice. I can't see any way around this.

I saw those chessboards somewhere, I think in the Bestine casino - and the weird part is, it had a "use" option. But nothing happens when you use it. Maybe someday!

They should bring in C-LO.


three six sided dice. All betters bet the same amount, winner wins the pot. Roll until you get a double (eg 6,6,4); the number that is not the same is your score, next person rolls until the same happens (eg. 3,3,1). The higher no# (4) wins.


BUT 123 is an instant loss, and 456 (C-LO!)are an instant win. People that roll the same high no# or both roll 456 face off with a new roll to decide the winner!

I am starting to produce these on Talus (chimeara) but there is still the problem with the trade-window closing on each roll. Any suggestions ?

Curses! My cunning plan foiled.

However, the only way I can think of getting around the 'trade window' problem is to have a 'third man' in the mix. So here we go....


Errata - The two players, and a third player acting as dealer, must be in a group to play (thus each person can see the dice roll results). Whenever a player is ready to take a turn, they ask the dealer to roll the d12 for them - giving them the draw for that turn.

For politeness sake, the winner plays the dealer. (Or whatever house rules you may come up with.)


I admit this is less than ideal, and if any Devs come sniffing in here, I'd like to request that the 'no-using-items-while-in-the-trade-window' rule be relaxed in the case of dice. I understand that that might be very difficult, so I'm not holding my breath.
