Nightsister Elders and Spell Weavers for the most part. Now that all Nighsisters have their force powers back (as of today), these things will become much more rare and go WAY up in value.

And I have never looted one yet...

Neither of these say (Exceptional)but I think they are pretty damn nice.

Couple things I looted
Exceptional shards -31-21-71
Ammo Banndo with Armor exp +18 had 2 other mods that were high but they were irrelevant
