If this is true, then our group will have the miner's quest complete this week. We got the cure and went back for Haldo but he was completely gone from the DWB so we just left pissed. But I still have the cure and I planned on testing this theory. If what you say is true then we're set

You can get the cure, then leave the bunker, the next time down get the cure, and talk to the foreman to respawn haldo again

We are having problesm with the timer...does it start when you talk to haldo or the foreman the first time. Either way for us, its about 15-20 minutes, NOT an hour. Has anyone else experienced this?

First time i've heard that one.

When we did the foreman's quest the first time, it took us about 55 minutes to return the alum sickness cure to Haldo. When you are in the quest, you get some sort of message about you failed the battery quest (about 15-20 minutes into the quest). This however has nothing to do with the quest you are in, so you can just continue.

About the Overlord, we have had issues with the spawn as well at some occations. Even though every single member in the group has the mission.

Do remember this, he DOES drop the blood vial every single time. However if you return it to the officer in Bestine you complete the mission and can't re-take it. So destroy the blood vial when you loot it (since it's a non-trade item).

Wow, ok, my bad...the message we are gtting is teh battery failed one...since it is all one big quest string, Foreman-haldo-med droid-haldo-foreman,we thought that battery failed message meant the whole thing crapped out. But what you are saying is that you can still get haldo the cure, get the battery, and everything will be fine, after you get the battery failed message?

Correct... just continue as if you hadn't seen the message.

OK, update. We went back in last night. We were able to go straight to the med droid. Got cure. Went to foreman, got him to spawn haldo...then we eventually completed the quest. So it worked. Thanks so much for the info. Man that quest is a bear. But with 2 tanks, 5 jedi, and 2 cm's we didnt lose one person...until it came time to run out

Just curious,, I played with the water pumps and get them to work, but cant really remember what sequence i did it in...for our next trip, is there any place that tells the sequence?

I think the Pump Room is random each time - meaning there's no set sequence. That's kind of interesting cause if it is random, there's a possibility it can be working perfectly, but unsolvable

We've had about 10 people complete the miner quest(havent done any for a few months being those are the regular players - we just give out alum), and we never did figure out how the pumps worked. Just pressed them in extremely random order until it worked

The pump sequense is random. Just switch them so they all light GREEN and you're done.

Is it possible for everyone in your group to get the foreman's quest and complete them all together? Seems silly to do the quest over and over with multiple trips if you can complete it for a bunch of people at one time.

Short answer... no.

Only 1 member of the group can talk to the foreman and the associated npcs/droids when doing the quest. Only 1 member can start the quest.

You can have several people getting a clean battery at the same time, but only 1 person per run can fix the water pressure.

And btw, think i set a record last night, looted 17 stabilizers of the imp overlord !
