For what it's worth... I had no trouble getting my badge for 100 badges... proudest achievement of my toon's life (so far).

What about the "Rage of the Wookiee" badge?

That one's actually the "has destroyed Lord Cyssc Blackscale" badge, u get it after completing the space mission that comes after the Blackscale compound.
It is a very long quest, and has some hard missions too.

Is it possible to earn every one of the ROTW ship badges? I take it that since it's a quest it can't be done all over again after changing ground faction...

...has been awarded the Blacksun "Vaksai" heavy starfighter.

I have the Rebel and Freelance ships, and having just started grinding out my first of 3 imperial pilot trees, I hope I'll be able to get it... if not, it'll be the only permanent, non-phasing imp badge that I won't have...

I currently have 126 badges but I did not receive my 125-badges badge yet

I have 80-90 badges and still am awaiting my 75 badges badge... Seems like those badges are bugged, atm...
And getting all 3 heavy mass ships from the Kashyyyk station is impossible atm... ran into a loop where the station tells me to talk to the representative on the ground, and the ground representative tells me to take missions out of the station... and there are no missions out of the station.

You have to be an imperial pilot, or freelance with imperial standing on the ground, and you start it by taking quests out of the Kashyyyk Space Station.
