Hmm, well I didn't see it in the original post and I don't know if anyone has added it already, but I'll do so just in case they haven't.
On the part where he talks about crafting the stims (or any item) he doesn't mention how you find out the schematic number (which you'll need to know to craft anything with a macro).
The way to do it is by opening you crafting tool, then typing /sel XXX.... replace the "XXX" with a number 1-whatever until you find the schematic number for the item you want to craft. So for expample, open the first page on your crafting tool, then type /sel 1 if that isn't it /sel 2 and so on until you find the one you need.
It's a very tedious process, the only way to narrow it down is by going to your datapad to the schematics tab and counting out the number of schematics. Only trick is you have to account for scehmatics that use specified tools and ones that call for a personal crafting station.
I find it easier to kind of just skip around with the /sel until I get near what I want. So if you're trying to find a Biological Effects Controller and you do /sel 15 and get a stim pack B, chances are that the BEC is close to that, so then just do numbers near 15 to find it.
Just thought I'd add that as it's important to know, incase someone else didn't already, if they did, ignore me
