how do i come about aquiring one of these? also, where do i do the missions to get a hunting trophy?

I looted my Eyes off of just some random NPC... As far as the Hunting trophy, search the forums... There are lots a few guides on the quest.... If I remember right it starts in Espa or Entha... But search the forums and you should find it....

THis is just a guess but I think that the eye of mesera is from harvesting shell fish, also I would like to buy one, artisans make them I think.

Ummm... I dont think that artisians can make them. I know I looted mine off a Meatlump(damn I love stealing meatlump kills from some poor soul who is AFK.... haha). I dont know about the shellfish thing though... I havent tried that... lmao... I can tell you that the eye of mesra is kinda like a magic 8 ball....

You USED to be able to loot these from the piles of junk from the Gungan Temple West of Keren. But due to a patch, it screwed up the temple. What this did was only enable you to loot the credits, and not what's in the chest or the pile.
Bottomline: You'll never be able to loot these from the temple. Never, ever, ever. C'mon Devs! You Coded the friggin game! Now fix what you just ****ed up!

no artisanswith engineering 2 or 3 can get a schematic for shellfish ahrvesting tools and then craft them, maybe you can also get eye of mesera from in there?

To answer everybody's questions, the eye of mesra cannot be made by artisans. It has no relation to shellfish harvesting tools. The eye is a looted item. Yes, it used to be available at the Gungan Temple, but now I believe you must just be lucky and loot one from an NPC.
Secondly, if you are referring to the hunting trophy that is a Bol Skull you can obtain that from doing the missions from an NPC named Matt Rags who is in Mos Espa on Tatooine. His missions are not difficult. You basically have to just kill a few creatures for him, but I don't recall that anything goes over 10k HAM (it's probably much less, all easy). Upon completion of his few quests, you get the trophy.
