I think that for a veteran reward we should be able to master any proffetion weve aqiered, like if I had novice brawler, i selected brawler and BAM I got master brawler, this'll work with any proffesion, if you use it for force sensitive, you can get 1 entire force sensitive proffesion, then they'll still have to fill 2 mor trees

nah, would put an unfair advantage for people who have played game longer, however how about this

one whole professions worth + 14 extra skillpoint extention, newbs wouldnt need it and it would benifit veterans

lol, usually it takes only a couple of days to master a combat prof it wouldn't be necessary. And to master a whole fs skill tree...well that would shorten the waiting time by 12 weeks.
Think about it it's just not possible think of a jedi skill tree....dream on icad

Wonder if the CURB will make it substantially longer to master professions?

an unfair advantage for people who've played the game longer? lol, actually that's called a fair advantage, if you put in more time/practice at something, you're naturally better at it than someone who just started...i don't agree with the original poster's idea, but i also abhor this whole mentality that casual gamers have in regards to levelling the playing field...people that put in more time/effort should have an advantage, that's life...

lol, its unfair to have vets get master prof as vet reward, think, say, uhh jummie mc jum starts on chimera, he has another account, he masters ANY starting proff at the touch of a button, or gets prequizits for something like rifleman commando, ch, bh, etc then uses the master prof thing, yknow, unfair on the poor noob who stands next to him and has just asked

'duel me for fun?'

only gets owned by master brawler/marks

I agree. If you put in more effort, you should get more out of it. I've only had the game a month, but I'm expecting the old man to visit me today or tomorrow. I found out what I needed to do, and I did it. I didn't come to the boards and ask the devs to do it for me, I went out and did it. I understand them wanting to reward long-term players, and I look forward to the day that I can start claiming those rewards. However, if you have been playing for nearly two years and have not mastered a single profession yet, I can only surmise that you haven't been trying. That or you just can't make up your mind about what you want to do. And if the latter is the case, then the people who use it will be back on the forums a week later, complaining about how they wasted it on a class they didn't like.

I wouldn't mind the ability to re-pick-up any profession you previously MASTERED and received the badge for...like when I was a MDE, dropped it to focus on combat...maybe I'd like to be a DE again, I shouldn't logically have to relearn how to do it again, I should have some residual memory of the art of droid crafting.

But as for mastering any profession, almost as if it were a blue frog thing...worst idea ever...totally unbalancing. Imagine 8000 instant Master BHs running around...

being able to train up to what you have learnt before would be nice, so if you get bored of a prof, say BH 2444 you could drop and come back to it later, picking up where you left that prof off.

but not instant master, you need to have atleast mastered the prof once, twice maybe even 3 times before
