what are the ways to make some money in thisgame now?
I need to know this as i have been away for a few months and have come back to find that the prices on my server have tripled and that my only source of income solo groups have been killed.
have done the scythe quest twice already so cannot use that and also done all 3 theme parks already so cannot sell the loot from them.
If it helps im a master swordsman master doctor (who doesnt have the will or the patience to sit and buff people all day) with only 17 points spare (i think).
am i screwed to just doing lowly 8K missions on dant or is there another better way?
thanks for any help

if you have jtl, farm kessel for high level loot and offer them to a chassis broker for 1k per level.level 10component = 10k credits

Personally, my favorite way of making money right now is through JTL. You can take something like a destroy mission, and keep playing indefinitely. After each wave, you'll be rewarded. On top of that, you'll pick up credit chips from your defeated enemies that you can transfer directly to the bank. Furthermore, any looted components can be instantly sold to the chassis dealer for 500 to 9000 credits. I've made a hundred thousand in about 30 minutes easy. There is a lot less downtime than running missions on the ground.

Did they fix that? I'm finding that level 10 components are only fetching 500 credits right now.

I am in a similar situation..I am currently only a tier 2 pilot, and lets say I need to make 500k real fast (within a day or two) How would I go about doing this?

if your ship can pack a mean punch, like a max of at least 1800, then you should be ok in kessel. it all depends on what faction you are. Each faction has a specific station it uses to enter kessel or deep space. I'm imperial, so for imps it's the Imperial Claw Station in the Endor sector. I don't know where the reb and privateer stations are.

So anyone can go to the deep space sectors now - not just master pilots?

anyone can go to kessel. Only Aces can go to deep space. Unfortunately, these (*^#$$##@#(*^@(*#^(%#^$%(#^$)(@^#)(^#$)(*&$# devs made kessel a non-pvp zone

Kessel, and any other space zone is PVP if you are declared in space.

I'll tell you what, since you're a master doc, I'll tell you how I made my millions relatively quickly. It's all in the buff pack business. What I did was provide quality buff packs (usually between 860-900 power with 3.5 hour duration) in bulk and at competative rates. Don't worry about charging that super high price for them, because as more and more people hear about how cheap and powerfull your buff packs are, they'll flock in to buy them. I usually sold a stack of 5 with each pack pulling 21-25 uses for around 22.5k per pack, making a nice 112.5k per stack. Not to mention the fact that people usually buy all six stats at once, making it 675k per average sale (no one wants to just buy one stat....). And with your prices being competative, you quickly sell out. The only thing I found hard was keeping my vendor restocked. The only problemsare that it may take about 1-2 weeks to get set up, good quality avian and herb meat can be hard to find at a decent price, and then to be truly effective, you would need someone you trust that has a vendor. My average pull in per month was around 25-30 mil. And if you factor in costs of resources (I bought all mine, I never gathered my own), the profit would usually be around the 50-75% mark, depending on how expensive and widespread the resources were. Just remember, factories are your friend.
