Go get a job with SOE as a CSR. I imagine they have requirements, such as using hot keys with canned responses.
I was a CSR for a web hosting company. I would rather stick pins in my eyes than do that again.

You have to apply for the job. It has requirements like any other computer based job, andgood people skills as you would have to deal with customers even those who have attitude problems.

You must be able to put up with retards who cannot understand that you do not have ultimate power. That you are working for higher ups; and that you cannot do the majority of things people want you to do. Not because you do not want to help them, but because you are not allowed to. You must also deal with 100 times as many retards every day, as there are stupid CSRs.
