When publish ten comes out We can't Get 2nd slots anymore?
From what i've leanred on TC the force progression is in your main character....

from what ive read ull still get a second slot... just a normal second slot though.

No, the second slot is normal, but we are supposed to get the option of not having to be a Jedi on our main slot. Although, I was said that we would have to do the force sensitivity question on the second slot to make it Jedi. They even said we could have two Jedi.

can you point to the thread that says that coz i find the idea of having 2 jedi extremely unlikely.

no probs. no rush.
I just feel that being given the option to have 2 jedi characters on the same server is a very bad idea, people are already screaming over the amount we have now, can you imagine the uproar if everyone can effectively double the amount of jedi running around.

Yeah I can understand, and I personallyt wouldn't want two Jedi. But I am atleast one... afterall, that's the reason why I bought this game... I'm willing to WORK MY (-blank-) off for it too....

Will my Main slot be FS? Or will I have to redo all the quests if I want him to be Force Enhanced too?
Yes, you're main slot will be force sensitive, but it will be at a Padawan level with all of your original skills intact. You may choose to develop your Main Slot up through Jedi Knight. If you develop this main character up through Jedi Knight, you will have to sacrifice your regular professions. If you want to develop your second slot as your Jedi Knight, you may choose to do all of the Force Sensitive Quests over again thereby unlocking the slot. By completing the Force Sensitive quests you can make your second slot Force Sensitive also. You may even choose to develop your second slot as a full status Jedi knight. You may even choose to develop both of your slots as Jedi if you wish. There are many possible combinations, but because there is a quest based system in place now, your main slot must be the starting point of Jedi character development after Publish 10.

eh while it'll be POSSIBLE to have 2 jedi characters i REALLY doubt anyone will go through the trouble to do it... most would want to concentrate on getting one to master before starting a 2nd
even power gamers....
only people i could see wanting 2 would be RPers... to be a dark and light jedi heh, but most RPers can barley unlock one, i think most would burn out after that lol

Current theory is it's once you complete the padawan trials. No one on TC has done it yet (although unlocking another slot on TC isn't a big help since you get 3 anyway).

When your mainreaches the rank of full Padawan you will open the second slot. What's unknown is what it means to become a full padawan. We don't know if unlocking FS means you become a full Padawan or if there are other steps inbetween. The devs have been pretty vague in this area. We should find out as soon as pub 10 goes live.

To get padawan you must first get FS go through the village and train the 24 skill boxes... that unlocks initiate from there the village elder sends you to do the padawan trials and once you complete those you get Padawan and 2nd slot if that is the point it unlocks. What you do in the trials is still unknown but those are the steps.
