I have been to all of the waypoints in the Hermit guide and looked all around the areas. However, still no spawn for the Mark of Intellect. Does anyone know where the bounty hunter is currently spawning?

he will spawn and be at the wp for 1 or 2 people, when i got it i started talking to him 1/2 way thru him doing another guy so maybe its only 1. then he will despawn and spawn elsewhere, probably a 15min respawn in a different city, who knows. they dont show up on radar just like the other marks (farmer, pirates) so make sure you run to the wp not just radar the area.

So, should I just try camping one of the waypoints until it spawns?

Your best bet is to just stay at one of the waypoints and wait for the spawn. I believe it spawns every 20 minutes or so at one of the 6 locations. If there are other people waiting at the same spot as you, youmay all be able to get the badge if you all click on the correct answer at the same time.

I don't believe the stupid thing exists! I have camped one area for almost four hours to no avail!

It exists on bria but not every server. And it will be exactly at one of those 6 places, no need to search around the area. I would check every place once then wait at one for an hour then check them all again.

Found him in Eisley last night, on Infinty.

I tend to visit most of the cities on Tat anyway in my day to day play time, so I simply detoured to the listed WPs each time I was in a new city.

Also, I was expecting one white arrow on the map, but the BH actually appears with about 6 other NPCs who are part of the quest, so look for a cluster of NPC white arrows on the map.

Found on bloodfin at taike (sp) and then less then 30 mins later at bestine

i found it in eisley right where it should have been a few days ago on bloodfin. it IS fixed. for sure. at least on bloodfin.

also found in eisley 2 nights ago on flurry.. just happened to be in the area and thought i swing by and check my luck and there he was.

I found the BH spawn on Sunrunner in Mos Eisely.

My method was to make waypoints for all the coordinates listed in the guide that's in this forum. Then. I just shuttle hopped from city to city until it spawned. It's boring and tedious.... don't expect it to be magically there unless you get lucky next time you go (and you might). I searched for a few hours on the day I did it and then took a break. Came back later in the evening and started shuttle hopping again and in about half an hour it spawned in Eisely.

Now... if only I can find that damn pirate leader.
