A word on the double xp for the anniversary if it is read here by the PTB.

Could you please correct the double penalty for BH death. When double xp is on, Jedi loose double xp as well.

I m full template with positive xp in bank,I don t want to loose 900 000 xp to a BH. Thank you for reading a this and taking care of this unwanted feature ( I would prefer no double xp lol)

Well the introduction of new races shouldn't be a factor, since we are prevented from changing race. What would effect this statistic would be the fallout of players between the 2004 to 2005 period, and the introduction of new players in the same period.

So, in order to make sense of this data and turn unrelated data comparisons into real information...

How about some player population statistics around # of players by race in 2004, and by 2005... so that this data has meaning.

===================SIG================
Management change and credibility is expected & deserved, and really a requirement for me to desire to log in and not have my MMORPG time completely wasted. SWG's mismanagement, ongoing, lacks credibility. I have no desire to log into my toon, attempt to accomplish something, only to find out that my blue zebra, 12th level, with 20 badges, isn't going to be turned into tomorrow's 4th tier yellow monkey, and all the zebra's stuff is no longer of value. Without credibility, its just a duck hunt game that doesn't even keep score of how many shots land on a duck.

That might not be a bug...

I mean the devs have stated in recent that Jedi population is higher then they would have liked. So if they allow jedi to grind with double XP that dosnt help that cause. So if you can make double Xp... you should be able to lose double XP as well to balance it out. I mean it could be a big... but if you think about it, it makes sence that it is WAI. Persoanlly I think double XP is a sad gift to give to players for thetwo year.... since a good portion of players are full template already and double XP does nothing for us. So I would hope we get SOMETHING else as a gift.

Thinking of that.... the best Friday Feature they could have given us would have been telling us what the 2 year vet rewards are going to be.

Nice stats... useless, confirms whatI already knew... but nice.

Now, give us what matters (because I know you won't): population numbers (not %) by servers, Jedi stats, profession stats, FS stats, in-game credits compared to last year, number and % of people who have completed this and that quest, % of crafters vs combat vs entertainers, profession stats pre and post CU, etc.

Oh, and since you are not allowing us to respond to your 2-year anniversay gift: LAME!

Christmas year 1: Art Statue (nice) and holocron (which really screwed up the game, but was well intentioned)
Christmas year 2: 75K credits (LAME)

Launch Anniversary year 1: A nice painting out of 9 variations that many people traded, sold, decorated with, etc. (very nice)
Launch Anniversary year 2: Double xp (VERY LAME)

I have 13 full-template toons on 5 servers, including my DJK, double xp is a slap in the face and simply means I'll have no friends to play with that weekend since they'll all grind their FS or Jedi toons.

I miss Q-3PO...

Is it bad I've NEVER seen a sullastan (male or female) ingame, ever??

Looking at these stats, I hope the devs can figure out ways to encourage players to create alternate characters with these species.

-I support a Galactic Civil War fought between regular, average players... Simply strict, hardlined Imperials & freedom lovin' Rebels fighting for control of the galaxy. A Galactic Civil War fought not with glowsticks or lightsabers, but with blasters, lances, and how much guts you have. A Galactic Civil War which reflects the timeline, the destruction of the Death Star, the absolute control which the Empire has and the brave Rebels trying to break up that reign... The extinction of all but a few rare and special Jedi. That my friends, is the Galactic Civil War and that is what we have to aim for.

Ok so the Astro stats are nice , could have picked another topic for stats other thans race.

Also really hope that there is more than double XP for a 2 year Anniversary, there are those of us, that have been here from the beginning with no breaks in play time.

Cool.. Nice to see the astromech stats back. I would've thought the male/female toon percentage to be closer to 70/30 at least though. Not surprised to see such low percentages on sullastans and Ithorians though.. Maybe some new players will choose those races.

I'd definitely like to see percentages for professions, but I don't think it'll ever be released... Besides, we all know "that" profession is in the top 2 or 3. Seeing the actual numbers wouldn't make anyone happy...

Interesting to see that the 2 races NOONE wanted are the 2 that NOONE still is. I fondly remember people asking for Chiss and many other races. I hope this data serves as a reminder to the Developers to pay more attention to what people want as opposed to what the developers think is "cool".

So that's why I've never found a nice Sullustan man to settle down with

And while we're on the Astromech stats, I loved the one where all the most/least hunted/killed NPCs and creatures were listed. That was a great feature and I'd love to see how some of the really lonely creatures are doing these days.

They are all in a chat with the techs talking techese along with the DB's that I am not sure what language it is they speak (oraclese maybe?). At any rate they are all gabbing and everyone once in a while I see "Tiggs do you get that?" I just nod and smile at that point and tell you guys the servers are still being worked on =)" - Tiggs
