I made this piccie 2 days ago, and have gotten loads of positive feedback. Thanks for that! Glad you enjoyed it.

Also a few people pm-ed me, asking how I made it.

As a thanks for all the good reviews, you can download the unedited, raw PSD file here (2.6MB zip) , with all the layers intact, for your own SWG in-game spoofing fun! Swap out the background pic for a line up of kittens, or maybe your best friend headfirst into a pile of manure.

But if you make one, one rule: POST IT so we can all see it.

If you have a tiny bit of Photoshopping experience you will be able to use this PSD-template with ease. All the SWG Gui items have been layered, with all the text separated, and ready to be modified. Just select the layer, edit it, move it etc etc. All layers are fully transparent.

The fonts used in the gui:

Systemmessages, Combat Queue: Tahoma Bold, 12 pt

Groupmembers, Target, Combat Queue target : Tahoma Bold 10 pt

Chatwindow: Tahoma Regular, 11 pt

When you made your spoof, "Flatten" the image and save it as a JPG. (Dont forget to save as a unflattened file every once in while too )

Should you need more items from the gui, make sure you make your SWG screenshots in Bitmap format. Otherwise its very difficult to "Magic Wand" the gui items you need due too the compression artifacts.

(A tip : Gui items are best cut out , if you make the screenies at in-game night. Then just use the Magic Wand to select (you'll get the hang of it), copy and paste
