Okay, when you have this mission, you enter the arena. Kill defeat wirartu, and are given two choices. Kill, or let live.
Let live - i hear that you get a sword
Kill - you get to do the outcast missions and get a kinetic rifle.
My situation. I killed wirartu to do the outcase missions and get the rifle. However, I did not get the badge for winning in the arena. My friend let him live, and got the badge. I have tried to talk to the chief, and his is just meditating. I have tried to reenter the arena and I am not worthy.
My Question: Is there any way I can get this badge? I am curious to see if others are experiencing the same things.
Has anyone gone my route (killed wirartu) and gotten the badge? At what point? how?
If you re-enter the arena with someone else, can you then get the badge? Can you even converse with him after he has been defeated this time if you have already completed this?

There are two separate badges for this quest. You can only get one of them. You get one when you decide to let him live. If you don't let him live, you don't get a badge yet. You have to complete the outcast missions to get the badge. From my understanding you either get one or the depending on letting him live or not.

I got the Kerritamba badge and the Outcast badge. Can't seem to get
the Blood Hunter badge though, which I assume is cos I can't talk to the
Elder, no one seems to be able to talk to him, yet someone said in that
Stratics chat he was working fine??? I let the champ live on my first
arena visit and I couldn't talk to him at all afterwards.

Oh, and to get both badges, go on your arena mission first, let the champ
live. Then go in with a friend on his arena, when you defeat him, make sure
you're both un-agro'd, then talk to the champ and you can kill him. Your
friend can still go talk to the chief and enter the arena again. This is how to
get both of those badges. Hopefully they sort out the Elder soon too

I was wondering, has anyone else had a bug where they cannot enter the arena? I got the arena mission, and went to do it. The guard says i cant enter. Anyone else have this problem?

has anyone killed him the first time then let him live the second time to get the arena badge?

No, but i intend on trying just that as soon as I find someone else going into the arena.

i just tried, stupid chief wont talk to me to give me badge tho, he just hums
I have 2 journal entries to talk to chief, 1 saying i killed him, 1 saying i spared him, and the stupid chief wont talk to me about either

He is humming to me too. I still have a mission in my data pad that says talk to the chief. Yet, he just hums AND i cannot get back into arena.
