The jedi that you kill from a quest given to you on dantooine, I think its the abandoned jedi temple or something, he gives you a sith holocron as a reward

yea the inquisitor i actually killed the other day for the first time in a while, wasnt sure of his spawn rate anymore, dropped me a dl44 pistol with 100 action poison and like 13% potency lol, almost destroyable lol

Wow! your lucky! i tend to go there when i got nothing better to do. killed him about 5 times the past week, and ive never looted anything else then creds

I never get anything from him either. Now the troopers are another story. I get lots of glop grenades and striker pistols from them.

There was a thread that was on here earlier, either I can't find it or its been deleted, so i'm wondering if anyone can answer the question:
Where are Holocrons dropping off of?
I've killed the mobs that have been known to drop them in the past and have had no luck. Thanks for the help!

Dantooine: Force NPC's (Random spawns)
Any Planet: Imperial: Surface Marshels
Naboo: Rebel:Dark Troopers

Imperial Surface MArshalls drop them too, as well as the Inquisitor in the Weapon Development facility.

I have looted 3 (2 blue 1 sith) off of rebel surface marshals in the last 2 weeks so happy hunting.

But that holo is non-trade able. You cant even drop it in your house. Dont know if it will work as a stim for the force bar like the others.

O, there is a mission out of coronet that will spawn dark troopers and these big troopers.

Couple weeks ago, I got a striker pistol from him with 145 strength mind fire, 79% potency, -1 uses. Was pleased.
