Yup us imperials can now kill rebel npcs and get new schems.
I looted the schem from a surface marshall (whilst i was out holocron hunting) only got one so far, but had a factorry run of 20 made up

1. Where do I find Surface Marshals?
2. What does the drop-ratio look like, 1:50, 1:100?

I get my surface marshalls by joining a group and pulling 120+ difficulty rated misions (one marshall per base). I must have killed around 50 surface marshalls only gotten 1 schematic though

Cool, another question then:
How the hell do I pull 120 rates missions? Im currently Master Brawler, Master Swordsman, and the last couple of times I tried grinding FP, I couldnt get higher than 99, or the occasional 114, and that was from the Emperor's Retreat terminals(which always seem to give me higher missions).
Also, a 1:50 drop-ratio sounds about right, thats what was reported on TC for the Stormtroopers.

Do you have an AT-ST grouped with you?

sweet, data terminal=awesome....can anyone confirm if you can get the wanted posters and stuff off of rebels?

Attack a base that is under the control of the rebs.When i attacked the hyperdive facility therec = were like 20 of them and guess what i got.Both rug adhesives in less than 5mins.

any idea if rebs can get this also?ive been lookign for one,itd look really good in my nova's room with the technical consoles in it,sort of compelte the set

Get level 463 missions on Lok if you get 6 AT-ST's in a group with all master combat profs (no dancers/or other drains on mission level) Can pull multiple Surface Marshals per base. Specifically target "Large Rebel Base" missions. Same way people used to look for holocrons.
