Thread: Jedi Forums?

Ok I must be blind, but can someone tell me where I find the jedi forums? I hear the answer to my questions are there.

Look under Professions, theres a Jedi forum there.

Whats the point of the jedi forum when there is only going to be like one jedi per server and FS isnt even in the game yet?

FS is in the game, and anyone can unlock it (supposedly).


right now it is a forum for all of the ideas about how to get the FS slot opened, which no one knows for certain how to open.

Untill someone has FS, I'm just going to sit on its not in the game. If its suposta take months, even a year to become a jedi, then I seriously doubt SOE has finished the Jedi class and the pre-reqs to becoming that class.

I'm still a firm believer that the code exists, and has been as tested as anything else, but will only be sent via patch when you acheive your FS slot. That way the rabid data miners don't have access to the files in the client that pertain to it.

I'm confused, Riis, is this supposed to be encouraging or discouraging?


Still, I think you're right, and that the FS information being gathered is exclusively server-side. If there was someclientfile that has your character's FS checklist ("do 15 rebel missions", "Visit Dathomir", "Stand at 0,0 on every planet and shout 'I will be a Jedi like my father before me', each time at precisely 21:42") it would've been discovered and posted within days of release.


Right now the only indication that the FS and Jedi code has been included is the commands like /saberthrow that you can find in the slash-command list.

these are the jedi forums, so u would think there would be constructive discussion on how to get around the nerfs, and what ppl will be thinking to replace there useless skills, but it seems to me that there are just loads of smugglers and bh's coming over to the jedi forums sparking up hatred and saying dont stop on just nerfing our best skills, but nerf the second best ones to, i cant handle a 3-6 month grind and i dont like it that u beat me, u need to be nerfed more etc, just my view as i am letting of some steam, really not happy with these changes, this will ruin my jedi if they go live, complete template change i think

Actually, this is the way the Jedi forums are all the time. Just a different topic today, no need for anyone else to come in here and stir things up, it's the way of the SWG Jedi - rarely constructive

its quite depressing, i have been looking on the jedi forums a lot recently, and i never used to take notice, but u would think that coming here where everyone is going through the same bull$it ppl would be trying to resolve it, instead of having everyone rub it in your face

yup, I've already drawn out several movements I might make with my templete, but for some reason people think that it should stay the same all the time, so they're sulking about moaning and groaning

/shrug

Either change with the times or leave, SOE's still making plenty of money
